Infrared LED Light Sauna

A Sunlighten sauna, utilizing infrared technology, provides a range of health benefits including improved circulation, muscle recovery, relaxation, pain relief, skin rejuvenation, potential weight loss support, boosted immunity, and stress reduction, primarily through deep sweating induced by the infrared heat which can penetrate deeper into the body than traditional saunas; it is often promoted as a way to enhance overall wellness and promote cellular health. 

Infrared is the healthy, healing rays that come from the sun, the ones that feel like a hug. It also helps plants bloom. The right amount helps stems grow fast and strong. Everything in nature needs it to live. And we don’t get enough of it in our modern world.

Infrared saunas emit infrared light, which is invisible to the human eye but can be felt as heat. This heat penetrates the skin and raises the body's core temperature. The increased body temperature triggers sweating, which can help to detoxify the body and improve circulation. 

Sessions are one hour. During this you will walk into a serene room. We recommend wearing something you are comfortable in such as a sports bra and underwear or we have gowns in room you can change into. There are cool cloths provided with lavender oil to keep you more comfortable, if needed. You may adjust settings at any time keeping heat low or higher depending on your comfort level.
